Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders placed before 12:00 noon (Paris time) are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 noon are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders are shipped from our ReGNR logistics warehouse, located in Normandy (France).

Delivery Times
Deliveries are handled by different carriers depending on the destination:
- Mainland France (excluding Corsica): 2 to 3 business days
- Other European countries: 3 to 6 business days
Orders with Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they will be shipped separately.
Each package will have its own tracking link and may be delivered at a different time.
You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment as soon as it has been collected by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free throughout Europe, including Switzerland.
No shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Delivery to Switzerland
Orders to Switzerland are shipped from France.
The displayed prices include all taxes and customs duties. BeBikeen handles customs clearance procedures and covers all import-related costs.
Customers are not required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The amount paid at checkout is the final price, including shipping.
Order Tracking
Each package has its own tracking number, which is sent by email as soon as it is shipped. You can track the delivery of each item using the tracking link provided.
Delays and Delivery Issues
In the event of a delay, a damaged package or a missing delivery, please contact us at contact@bebikeen.com. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and within the stated delivery times. However, BeBikeen cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (severe weather, strikes, etc.).
