Shipping policy

Processing and shipping times

Any order placed before noon (12:00 PM, Paris time) is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm are processed and shipped the next business day.
Shipments are made from our ReGNR logistics warehouse, located in Normandy (France).

 BeBikeen currently delivers to the following countries:

Delivery times

 Deliveries are handled by our partner carrier DPD:

• Mainland France (excluding Corsica): 2 to 3 business days
• Other European countries: 3 to 6 business days

Multiple orders

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped separately.
Each package will have its own tracking link and may be delivered at different times.
You will receive a tracking email for each shipment as soon as it is taken in charge by DPD.

Fees are calculated automatically during the order.

 Order tracking

 Each package has an individual tracking number, sent by email as soon as it is shipped. You can track the delivery of each item via the DPD website.

 Delays and incidents

In case of delay, damaged or undelivered package, contact us at contact@bebikeen.com. We do everything possible to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition within the indicated time frame. However, BeBikeen cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (bad weather, strikes, etc.).
