Returns & Refunds Policy

 

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.

Return Period

The Customer may return their product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Condition of the Product

The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, unused and unaltered. It must be in perfect condition, both functionally and aesthetically, and impeccably clean — with no signs of wear, dirt, assembly, or disassembly. All accessories, manuals, labels, documents, and any other items included with the product must be returned in full.

The Customer is responsible for the return shipping of the product. They must ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transport. The packaging must be strong and protective enough to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

If, despite the instructions provided, the product does not meet the return conditions listed above, measures will be applied, such as a refund refusal and the return of the item to the Customer at their own expense.

Return Procedure

The Customer has 30 business days from the date of receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To request a return, the Customer may:

• contact BeBikeen Customer Service at contact@BeBikeen.com, providing their order number; or

• submit the return request directly through their order management account at https://account.bebikeen.com.

Once the request has been approved, BeBikeen will send the Customer a prepaid return label by email, free of charge, together with instructions for returning the product.

Refund

Upon receipt of the parcel in perfect condition, along with the Customer’s full name, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Outbound shipping costs will be refunded at the lowest rate offered by BeBikeen.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. Therefore, if the Customer withdraws after purchasing a product that included a service already rendered, only the product will be eligible for a refund, excluding the associated service.

Only individual consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal. Business Customers are not eligible for order cancellation or refund once the order has been validated and is considered final.
