The delivery
What are the delivery times?
Any order placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, is shipped the same day from our logistics warehouse ReGNR, located in Normandy (France).
Average delivery times:
- Mainland France: 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal): 3 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Are there any shipping fees?
Delivery is free for any order of €100 or more, in France as well as in Europe.
For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 including tax applies.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different address than the billing address.
You just need to check the option « Deliver to another address » during the order, then enter the desired address.
Good to know: no invoice is included in the package. Perfect if you want to gift a Bebikeen bike or helmet without showing the price!
Can you send the package without an invoice for a gift?
Yes, the invoice is never included in the package.
Whether you order for yourself or as a gift, the package contents remain neutral no price is visible, neither on the bike nor on the accessories.
Ideal for giving a gift discreetly.
Can I have it delivered to Corsica?
Delivery to Corsica is not yet available.
We are actively working on opening this area, so that we can deliver to you soon.
Thank you for your understanding, our goal is to serve you better all over France, as quickly as possible.
Can I have it delivered to the DOM-TOM?
No, Bebikeen does not offer delivery to the DOM-TOM.
Our delivery services are currently limited to mainland France (excluding Corsica) and a selection of European countries.
Payment and invoice
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Available options may vary depending on your device or browser, and are displayed automatically at the time of payment.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, all payments on BeBikeen are 100% secure.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, a platform compliant with the international standard PCI DSS, which guarantees the security of transactions and the protection of your banking data.
Your payments are encrypted, and we never have access to your banking information.
When will I be charged?
Theflow is immediate, as soon as your order is validated.
In case ofpayment refused, the order is not confirmed.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Check that your card is valid and that the entered information is correct.
You can also try another payment method (PayPal, Shop Pay…).
If the payment is declined, the order is not confirmed — you will need to place it again.
If in doubt, contact your bank or our customer service: we are here to help you.
Can I change my billing information after delivery?
No, billing information cannot be changed after delivery, in accordance with regulations.
The invoice reflects the data entered at the time of purchase.
In case of error, contact our customer service as soon as possible after your order: a correction can sometimes be made before shipping.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Not yet! We do not offer gift cards or vouchers at the moment.

Order in progress
I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
- Check your spam or junk mail folders.
- If nothing appears there, it is possible that the payment was not validated. Log in to your account on www.bebikeen.com to check the order status.
- If the order is confirmed, an error in your email address may be the cause.
In this case, contact our customer service with:
- your name,
- the order date
We will check that your order has been successfully registered.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are specified in the order confirmation email.
Remember to check your spam if you do not find it.
As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your package in real time.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once validated, your order is quickly handled by our logistics service.
Once preparation is underway, it is no longer possible to change the address or stop the shipment.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible: we will see what can still be done.
If the order can no longer be canceled, you can refuse the package upon delivery: it will be returned to us, and the refund will be made upon its receipt.
Returns and After-Sales Service
I changed my mind, can I return my order after receipt?
Yes. You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and up to 30 days to return a product to us.

The returned product must be new, complete, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Is it possible to make an exchange instead of a refund?
No, Bebikeen does not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another item, simply:
- Return the product for a refund (within 30 days).
- Place a new order with the desired item.
The returned product must be new, unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete item?
We take special care with every package. But if your item is damaged or incomplete upon receipt, please contact our customer service quickly.
Write to contact@bebikeen.com specifying:
- your name and order number,
- a brief description of the problem,
- and photos of the issue encountered
After analysis, we will offer you an appropriate solution:
• a replacement,
• a refund,
• or the sending of parts.
We do everything to ensure your experience remains positive, even in case of unforeseen events.
